Vicidial Predictive Dialer Call Center

VICIDIAL is a set of programs that are designed to interact with the Asterisk Open-Source PBX Phone system to act as a complete inbound/outbound call center suite.

The agent interface is an interactive set of web pages that work through a web browser to give real-time information and functionality with nothing more than an internet browser on the client computer.

The manager interface is also web-based and offers the ability to view many real-time and summary reports as well as many detailed campaign and agent options and settings.

VICIDIAL can function as an ACD for inbound calls or for Closer calls coming from VICIDIAL outbound frontiers and even allows for remote agents logging in from remote locations as well as remote agents that may only have a phone.

Predictive dialing

Vicidial's predictive dialer takes about few time to setup.  We like to say it's the fastest distributed call center available on the web.

After configuration, you are able to setup at-home or call center agents to dial your lists.  You're also able to collect custom dispositions, statistics, and get full agent performance statistics.

Dialing speeds

Vicidial's predictive algorithm automatically sends your agents calls based on how busy they are.  The algorithm performs best when your campaign has at least 15 connected agents.

Agent statistics & limits

You may have up to 300 agents connected to each one of your outbound predictive dialing campaign.  You may derive both  campaign-level statistics and agent-specific statistics.
